Where we ship

Green Origins ships within India only. We do not accept orders for delivery outside India at this time.

Shipping charges

We charge a flat shipping fee of Rs 49 per order. Shipping is free on orders of Rs 500 and above. The order value used for this calculation is the total shown at checkout before any shipping fee is added.

All prices shown on our website include 5 percent GST. There are no separate tax charges added at checkout.

Delivery time

We aim to deliver orders in 3 to 5 business days from the date the order is placed. Business days are Monday to Saturday and do not include public holidays.

Orders are packed and handed to our delivery partner during business hours, Monday to Saturday, 10am to 6pm IST. Orders placed after hours, on Sundays or on public holidays are processed on the next working day.

Delivery times are estimates. Weather, transport delays, local restrictions and remote delivery locations can add time. If your order is running late, contact us and we will check its status.

Address accuracy

Give a complete delivery address with a correct pincode and a phone number that can be reached. If a delivery attempt fails because the address is incomplete or the phone number does not connect, the parcel may be returned to us. We will contact you to arrange a fresh delivery, and a further shipping fee may apply.

Receiving your order

Check the outer packaging before accepting the parcel. If the parcel looks opened, crushed or tampered with, you may refuse delivery and tell us the same day. If you accept the parcel and then find damaged or wrong items inside, report it to us with photographs within 48 hours of delivery. Our refund policy explains what happens next.

Payment on delivery

We currently accept Cash on Delivery only. Keep the exact order amount ready for the delivery agent. Card and UPI payments are not yet enabled.
