These terms apply to this website and to every order placed through it. Green Origins is a brand of Urban Fresh Origin LIP, Pune, Maharashtra, India.

Acceptance of these terms

By browsing this site or placing an order, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not order from us. We may update these terms, and the version published when you place an order governs that order.

Products, descriptions and prices

We sell roasted edamame snacks in sealed 30g packs: Korean Chilli, Cheese and Herbs and Lemon and Mint as single packs, a Variety Pack of 7, and a 30-Day Plan of 30.

Our products contain soy. The Cheese and Herbs pack also contains milk. Photographs and descriptions on the site are a guide, and the printed label on the pack you receive is the authoritative source for ingredients, allergens, batch and expiry details. Read it before eating, especially if you have an allergy.

All prices are in Indian Rupees and include 5 percent GST, with shipping added as set out in our shipping policy. We try to keep prices and product information accurate. If either is wrong we may correct it, and if that affects an order you have placed, we will contact you and offer the corrected price or a cancellation.

Orders, acceptance and cancellation

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we confirm and dispatch it.

We may decline or cancel an order in whole or in part, for example where stock is short, a price or description was wrong, we cannot deliver to the address, or there is a record of refused deliveries. If we cancel, we will tell you. You may cancel by contacting us before the order is handed to our delivery partner.

Cash on Delivery terms

We accept Cash on Delivery only. Card and UPI payments are not yet enabled. Pay the full amount in cash to the delivery agent when the parcel is handed over, and keep the exact amount ready, as agents may not carry change.

If you are unavailable, or the parcel is refused without a valid reason such as visible damage or a wrong item, the order comes back to us and is treated as cancelled. Repeated refusals may lead us to decline future orders from the same address.

Delivery, returns and refunds

Shipping charges and delivery estimates are set out in our shipping policy. Return and refund rules, including the limits that apply to sealed food products, are in our refund and return policy. Both form part of these terms.

Website content

The content on this site, including text, product photographs, packaging designs, graphics, logos and the Green Origins name, belongs to Urban Fresh Origin LIP or is used with permission. You may view and print it for personal use, but not copy, republish, sell or use it commercially without our written permission.

Limitation of liability

We take care over the products we make and the information we publish, but we cannot promise the site will always be available or free of errors. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law, including liability relating to food safety.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Pune, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
